Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Posh Palace, we stand behind the quality of our garments. If you change your mind, we’ll gladly exchange your purchase—just review the conditions below. Please note: we do not offer refunds; exchanges only.


1. Exchange Window

  • You have 3 calendar days from the date your order is marked “Delivered” to request an exchange.

  • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Free of odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

  • Not a “Final Sale” item (see Section 4)


3. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us within 3 days at info@poshpalacebd.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item name(s) you wish to exchange

    • The new size/color you’d like

  2. Our support team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exchange instructions (including the return shipping address).

  3. Pack your item securely—include all original tags, labels, and the RMA slip.

  4. Ship via a trackable courier service within 5 days of receiving your RMA.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the package (typically 2–5 business days), we’ll dispatch your replacement item and email you a shipment confirmation.


4. Exceptions & Non‑Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “No Exchange” on the product page

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons

  • Accessories (hats, earrings, socks) once tags are removed

  • Gift cards and downloadable products


5. Shipping Costs & Timing

  • Customer‑paid shipping applies to all exchanges, unless the received item was defective or incorrect—in which case we’ll cover return shipping.

  • Processing time after we receive your return is up to 5 business days.

  • Delivery of replacement varies by location, typically 3–7 business days within Bangladesh.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Email photos of the issue to info@poshpalacebd.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and send you the correct or replacement item at no extra cost.
