1. Shipping Policy

1.1. Courier Partner

We ship all orders via Pathao Courier, trusted for fast, trackable deliveries across Bangladesh.

1.2. Shipping Rates

• Processing time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

• Delivery time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

• You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email (and SMS if you provided a phone number) with your Pathao tracking link.

2. Payment Methods

We offer four convenient payment options—choose the one that suits you best at checkout.

2.1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Pay in cash when your package arrives.

• Available for all regions.

• No extra COD fee.

2.2. Mobile Wallets

How to pay by mobile wallet:

1. Open your bKash/Rocket/Nagad app.

2. Choose “Send Money” (bKash/Rocket) or “Send Money to Merchant” (Nagad).

3. Enter 01747123113 as the recipient number.

4. In the reference/memo field, include your order number.

5. Confirm the amount and complete the payment.

6. You’ll receive an in‑app confirmation—forward that screenshot or TRX ID to info@poshpalacebd.com to speed up order processing.

3. Order Confirmation & Support

• Once your payment is confirmed (for COD, when the courier scans your package; for wallets, when our finance team verifies your TRX), we’ll send you:

  • Order confirmation via email/SMS

  • Shipping notification with tracking link
